Get Help: Supporting Veterans and Families in Crisis
If you’re concerned about a veteran or their family, we’re here to help.
At Battle Buddy Response Team® (BBRT), we provide direct support to veterans and their families who may be in crisis or need advocacy. Our approach is discreet, effective, and tailored to address immediate concerns. Here’s how you can help someone in need:
How to Request Assistance
If you’re worried about a veteran or their family, follow these steps:
1. Gather Important Information
To ensure we can provide the best assistance, please include the following details in your email:
• Name of the person you’re concerned about.
• Their address and contact information.
• Any relevant details about their situation (e.g., mental health concerns, advocacy needs).
• Whether the individual has access to weapons.
• If the location is in a gated community, include access information.
• Be prepared to provide funding if necessary to facilitate assistance.
2. Email Us Your Concerns
• Send all gathered information to: info@battlebuddyresponseteam.org
• Please do not notify the person you’re concerned about that we will be arriving.
3. Wait for BBRT to Take Action
• Once we have all the required information, our team will review the details and dispatch trained personnel to the location provided.
• We do not call ahead or provide prior notice before arriving to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our intervention.
