BBRT Announces Expansion: Hiring Part-Time Responders Nationwide to Improve Crisis Response Time
Martinsburg, WV — The Battle Buddy Response Team® (BBRT) is proud to announce a major operational upgrade to improve response times and support for veterans and their families in crisis. As part of this effort, BBRT will soon begin hiring part-time veteran responders in all 50 states to better handle the increasing number of Concerned Party Forms submitted through our website.
This upgrade marks a new chapter in our mission to stop and prevent all veteran suicide. By strategically staffing five part-time responders per state, BBRT aims to decrease reaction time, increase local engagement, and bring life-saving support to more veterans, faster than ever before.
To support this rollout, we are currently updating our systems and internal infrastructure to onboard and sustain this new field team across the country.
Additionally, we have updated our Concerned Party Form on our website to reflect our evolving process, improve clarity, and help ensure the right support reaches the right people at the right time. These changes include clearer expectations, privacy protections, and streamlined information fields to help our team respond more effectively.
“This is one of the biggest improvements we’ve made since launching in 2019,” said Samuel Rock, Founder and President of BBRT. “Veterans deserve timely, boots-on-the-ground support from those who understand the cost of service. We’re committed to making that happen in every state.”
