The Battle Buddy Response Team® (BBRT) strives to maintain full transparency and accountability in all aspects of our operations, including financial reporting. Recently, it was brought to our attention that there was an error in our 2022 long-form IRS tax filing.
The form incorrectly stated $80,000 compensation for the President. This was a clerical error. It should have stated $80,000 salary for the Executive Director.
We take such matters seriously and have already taken the necessary steps to address and correct this oversight. This clarification ensures that our records accurately reflect BBRT commitment to operating with integrity and maintaining trust with our supporters, donors, and the communities we serve.
